Still doesnt work...

I downloaded the last update which killed my app so I decided to download the new update hoping it would fix it...I was wrong. All my screen says is "Sorry thi..." Wish the problem would get fixed. I really dont want to spend money I dont have on a fitbit or a jawbone. This was my alternative
